  Twitter   has made good on its threat to sue   Elon Musk   for walking away from a $44 billion deal the two sides inked in April. “Musk refuses to honor his obligations to Twitter and its stockholders because the deal he signed no longer serves his interests,” the company said in a lawsuit filed today in Delaware Chancery Court. “Musk believes that he — unlike every other party subject to Delaware contract law — is free to change his mind, trash the company, disrupt its operations, destroy stockholder value, and walk away.” “This repudiation follows a long list of material contractual breaches by Musk has cast a pall over Twitter and its business.  In contributing towards making the female world a better place, the Yumzaa Foundation in partnership with SMART NGO and the Northern Regional Girls Education Unit of the Ghana Education Service, on Saturday September 18, 2021 held a day Menstrual Hygiene Management workshop dubbed " Inspiring Leaders To Improve Personal and Menstrual Hygiene ". Participants included 50 female students and 5 teachers from 5 Junior High Schools, also in attendance were 5 volunteers of the Yumzaa Foundation and a representative from the Ghana Education Service. Participatory schools included; Bishop's R/C JHS, Zogbeli JHS Block "C", Choggu Nuri Islam and Tishigu Anglican JHS. Participants received a capacity building training to enhance their self confidence and self esteem as they serve as personal and Menstrual Hygiene Ambassadors at their various schools.
